Commercial Estate

Barbour & Thorne has a vacancy for a motivated, enthusiastic male person  in their 30’s in the Commercial Estates department:

1.       Must comply with our values and ethos – and must have a Matric qualification and have sober habits

2.       Valid Code B or EB driver’s licence with their own vehicle

3.       Own cellular phone

4.       Good communication skills - Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Sesotho a bonus

5.       Must be in possession of a valid Police Clearance Certificate

6.       Suitable professional qualification/s would be beneficial

7.       Previous experience in an Estate Agents environment would be beneficial

8.        Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

9.       Neat and presentable appearance

Salary commensurate with degree of work experience. Position is based in the Welkom office.
